Welcome one and all to my brand new beer blog. Here i will be sharing my discoveries at the local bottle shops and perhaps once in a while retelling my antics from a night of swilling beer.
To begin with i want to impart how much i genuinely love beer, ever since i was introduced to the conept of it being considered "liquid bread" when i first worked at a Belgian Beer house in Clapham Common in London. Before then all i thought of it as was a vehicle to a good time with my mates or a trolley within which hurl myself in after 40 "hard" hours in an office chair smashing my head against a computer screen. Nowadays i have a much deeper respect and admiration for it and truly appreciate a good beer over the generic post-mix that the brewery down the road pumps out with gay abandon. Although i don't mind a good trolley ride now and then, the beer still has to be good if not great. Yes. I am a beer snob.
